OnePrint - Personalize, one print at a time

Start just before corona period

The company started in February 2020 due to a customer demand for creating personalized merchandise, such as towels with a name and number on them for clubs and savings campaigns. OnePrint started just before the world faced the challenges of a pandemic. Although this timing was very bad, it ultimately proved to be a crucial factor in the company's success.

At a time when many companies were struggling to survive, OnePrint managed to adapt. By showing flexibility, creativity and innovation, the company was able to adapt its offerings to changing customer needs and market demands. This contributed to its growth and reputation as a reliable partner for personalized textiles and merchandise.

DTF printing technology

OnePrint also began using the Direct-to-Film (DTF) technique. First by purchasing transfers from a fellow company. Now with its own machine, the Mimaki TXF 150-75 from Dimix. This technological upgrade has clearly contributed to the speed and efficiency of the production process. Mimaki TXF 150-75

"We purchased the Mimaki TXF 150-75 in November 2023. The ease of operation and maintenance of the Mimaki is much lower than previous DTF machines on the market. This offers not only more control over the production process, but also the ability to respond quickly to customer demand and be flexible in offering personalized solutions. By also supplying transfers to other companies, OnePrint is creating a new revenue stream and thus increasing its customer base. This not only broadens its market reach, but also strengthens its position as a leading player in the personalized textiles and merchandise sector.

Coming years

"Personalizing items more and more is only going to get bigger and more fun. Not only clothing, but also bags, backpacks and other materials. With DTF you are much more flexible. We're going to focus more and more on resellers of merchandise items." Fons says with a laugh, "In a few years this building will be too small, I think. There are plenty of plans to grow further."

Collaboration with Dimix

Jessie Gabriels, Account Manager at Dimix, explains how OnePrint came to Dimix. "Ton Mulders, co-owner of OnePrint, contacted us. He had been exploring the DTF field for some time. He is really into technology and knows all the ins and outs. His eye had fallen on the Mimaki TXF and so he got in touch with us. The sales process went very quickly after that." Fons adds: "We found the way of contact and the personal treatment very pleasant. The technical support during the start-up was also very nice. It is nice to have quick contact with the people who installed the machine at the first questions we had. At Dimix we don't feel like a number."
