Stahls CAD-CUT® Basic Film is a popular choice among textile printers looking for an economical, reliable flex film for everyday applications. This thin, matte polyurethane (PU) film is designed for cutting detailed designs and offers smooth peeling behavior, even with small text and fine lines.

Basic Film is suitable for 100% cotton, polyester and cotton blends. Thanks to its relatively low pressing temperature (150-160°C) and short pressing time (8-10 seconds), it is efficient to use and prevents heat-sensitive damage to textiles. The film feels soft on the textile and is durably washable.

Flex and flock films are heat-sensitive cutting films that are applied to textiles via a transfer press. They are ideal for printing sportswear, promotional shirts, workwear, bags and more.

Flex foil has a smooth, matte or glossy finish and is thin, stretchy and ideal for fine details or text. Flock film, on the other hand, has a thicker, soft texture with a velvety surface, providing a luxurious look.
