After your order you will receive an order confirmation email and an update as soon as the shipment has been shipped.

Our customer service team will create your account within 1 business day.

Send us your company details (company name, VAT number, address) and we will activate your account within 1 business day.

After activation you will receive a confirmation email and you can place your order via our webshop or by phone/email.

Important

We deliver exclusively to professionals in the sign, print and graphic industry, government agencies and other companies that use our products professionally. Dimix Does not deliver to individuals.

Delivery Time & Shipping

We know how important fast delivery times are for sign makers and other print professionals.

Stock items

Ordered before 15:30 = shipped the same day, if in stock.

Standard delivery

Standard packages are delivered the next business day. You can also get delivery before 12 noon afternoon.

Transport

With reliable transport partners and track & trace.

Pick up

Possible by appointment at our warehouse.

Installation of machines

Printers and other equipment are delivered and installed by our technical department. This on date as previously discussed.

Shipping and handling costs

Belgium - Netherlands - Luxembourg

Free from €290

Order under €290: fee €25.00

DHL surcharge delivery before noon: €15.00

Handling fee: €5.50 per order

When ordering via our webshop the handling fee is waived

Outside Benelux

Effective shipping costs

For orders with a delivery address outside the Benelux, the actual shipping costs will be charged.

Small order

Under €75

If your order is less than €75, we charge a small order surcharge of €16.

Complaints & Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, sometimes something can go wrong and we try to at a best possible way to resolve it.

Returning

Report your return within 14 days.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
After approval you will receive return instructions and your purchase price refunded or goods will be replaced.
