An investment in printing technology should deliver worry-free results. That's why Dimix communicates clearly what is covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty and what costs will be charged based on time and materials. That way you know exactly where you stand to.

What is covered by the warranty?

All equipment purchased from Dimix comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty. The duration and conditions thereof depend on the make and model.

In most cases this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts subject to normal use and proper maintenance.

Labor and travel costs associated with replacing these parts are generally generally not included in the standard manufacturer's warranty and are billed based on time and material unless you have entered into an additional service agreement.

These costs may be covered in whole or in part through an On-Site or All-In Service Agreement, depending on the type of machine and your production intensity.

How does a warranty claim work?

  • You report the problem to Service (email/telephone/portal)
  • We perform a quick remote check where possible
  • If necessary, we schedule an on-site intervention
  • The manufacturer will assess whether the parts (to be) replaced meet the warranty conditions comply.
  • Labor and travel will be charged separately without agreement
