Grafityp recently released a new, unique cast color film in its Exclusive Series of Automotive & Deco Films: the EX63 Ultra Marine High Gloss Metallic.

This high gloss dark blue metallic film casts a beautiful shadow in the undulations. The deep color ranges from blue to purplish to almost black and a slight pearling effect. The metallic look comes out best in sunlight.

What makes this film unique is the "Slide & Wrap" adhesive technology, which is characterized by extremely low initial tack and increased final tack. This means that the cast film assembles even faster and easier.

  • Low initial tack/adhesive strength
  • High final adhesion with heat gun surface temperature of 90 degrees
  • Extremely good shear strength and easily repositionable
  • Film thickness: 100 microns
  • Cast car wrap film
  • Backing paper: 145 gsm PE coated paper
  • Expected life span: 3-5 years

Description

Currently, the EX62 Ultra Marine is the only film with this unique adhesive technology. More colors will follow in time.
