D-Lam EVO Series

The D-LAM EVO Series is designed and built specifically for the sign industry. This innovative laminator allows easy and perfect roll-to-roll lamination. As a basis, the designers have enabled a fully controllable and measurable lamination process: pressure, tension, speed and temperature. The result is a laminator that allows perfect and repeatable results.

A very solid laminator at a very competitive price

The D-LAM EVO Series is a very competitively priced laminator range which is also available with a heated top roller that can be heated up to 55°C. The working width is for laminating printed materials up to 1600 mm wide. The D-LAM EVO can also be used to laminate prints on panels up to 40 mm thick.

Thick siliconized EPDM rollers ensure quality lamination without wrinkles & air bubbles. Roller pressure and laminating speed are also precisely adjustable.

The D-LAM EVO Series laminators are developed and manufactured in Germany. These laminators thereby fully comply with European standards.

Why a heated top roll?

The top roll of the D-LAM EVO is infinitely variable in temperature up to a maximum of 55°C.

By heating the top roller, the adhesive on the laminating film becomes completely transparent and the silvering effect is avoided. This silvering effect is even more noticeable in print work realized with UV printers.

Various winding and unwinding options

The machine is equipped as standard with an unwinding shaft with autogrip on which the roll of laminating film should be placed and an unwinding shaft with which the backing paper is wound. A roll holder on the front of the unit allows print work that is on a roll to be laminated from that roll.

Applications

The laminator can be used for a wide range of substrates, such as print & walk visuals for floor advertising, light box displays, popup displays. Also, the D-Lam EVO is suitable for all available D-Line laminates.
