HP introduces four new models in the HP Designjet printer line: T950 and T850
HP introduces four new models in the HP Designjet printer line: two Single Function (SF) and two Multi Function (MFP) printers designed to copy, scan and print A3 documents directly from the cassette and A1/A0 documents from the roll. These innovative printers take efficiency and versatility to a new level.
The new SF T850 and T950 models impress by effortlessly printing A3 documents from the cassette and seamlessly switching to A1 and A0 from the roll, without ever having to change or remove the roll. For even more functionality, there are also the T850 MFP and T950 MFP, which can scan and copy up to A0 size in addition to printing. With the original front feed and integrated scanner, they offer intuitive operation via a display identical to that of your desktop HP Multifunctional.
As for the T950 MFP and SF, they come with a convenient stacker that allows you to store up to 40 A1 or A0 prints, along with an output tray for 50 A3 prints. For the T850 models, the stacker and output tray are available as optional accessories.
This new range of printers offers unprecedented productivity. The T950 is the fastest newcomer and can impressively produce up to 120 A1 prints per hour, while the T850 is not far behind with 90 A1 prints per hour.
A notable feature of these new printers is the use of the special HP Flex-Tech pigmented inks. These inks are resistant to friction and water and can be used on a variety of papers, including CAD paper, poster paper and presentation paper. The integrated A3 cassette design ensures that your presentations will retain the same high quality as larger construction drawings.
When it comes to security, HP hasn't been idle either. HP Wolf security provides end-to-end security, allowing your DesignJet printer to be safely installed on a network and providing optimal protection against cyber attacks.
In addition, HP emphasizes environmental consciousness in the production of these new printers. They use as much as 35 to 40% recycled plastic, and the cartridges are made from sustainable reusable cardboard. This makes the new HP DesignJet printers not only powerful workhorses, but also environmentally friendly choices for your printing needs.
