Dimix opens branch in Belgium and acquires Belgian distribution business from Multi-fix.

As of December 1, Dimix will open a branch in Genk, Belgium, from which it will serve the Belgian and Luxembourg market. At the same time Dimix announces that it has taken over the direct sales activities of Multi-Fix for the belgian and luxembourgish market and thus becomes the exclusive distributor of Multi-Fix products in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Description

Dimix starts with an office in Belgium

On December 1, Dimix will open a branch in Genk, Belgium, from which it will serve the Belgian and Luxembourg markets.

At the same time Dimix announces that it has taken over the direct sales activities of Multi-Fix for the Belgian and Luxembourg market and thus becomes the exclusive distributor of Multi-Fix products in Belgium and Luxembourg.

With this takeover, the Multi-fix team responsible for local distribution also comes along and will become employees of Dimix Belux bvba as of December 1, 2015.

The transfer of this department to Dimix Belux bvba is part of the restructuring that Multi-fix announced in April 2015, whereby the Multi-fix site in Genk will be closed and production will continue from the Soignies site.

Dimix Belux bvba is located at Seinhuisstraat 7 bus 4 in Genk.
