Effective March 25, 2019, Dimix bv has acquired industry peer Sihl Direct bv. As of April 1, 2019, Sihl Direct bv will operate from the offices of Dimix bv in the Breda and Dimix Belux bvba in Genk - Belgium.

We are currently working hard on a new site with our joint offer. This will be operational at www.dimix.com.

For Dimix & Sihl customers this acquisition means access to a wider product range and further professionalization of our service teams where the Sihl team will be immediately integrated into the Dimix team.

For most customers, their main contacts will remain the same. This acquisition does not affect price agreements.
