The POLI-TAPE TURBO PRINT 4046 MATT is a high-quality, heat-resistant polyurethane (PU) textile transfer film with a matte finish, ideal for both light and dark fabrics. With a thickness of 100 microns, this film offers high print resolution and a pleasantly soft textile touch. Thanks to its special top coat, the film has excellent wash resistance, making it perfect for printing sports, leisure and workwear.

Remove the PET liner hot immediately after pressing.

Is the transfer washable after application?

Yes, the TURBO PRINT 4046 MATT offers excellent washability. It is recommended to wash the textile inside out at up to 60°C and it is suitable for tumble drying up to 100°C.

Do I need a special transfer film for application?

Yes, it is recommended to use POLI-TACK 854 or 870 transfer film as transfer tape and as a protective layer during heat pressing.

Can I cut small details and texts with this film?

Yes, thanks to the self-adhesive PET film liner, even very small letters and motifs can be easily cut with all common CAD/CAM plotters after printing.

Is the TURBO PRINT 4046 MATT environmentally friendly?

The raw materials used are ecologically inert and do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals, in accordance with OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I.
