Detailed product capabilities
This film is composed of a calendered polymeric PVC film approximately 90 µm thick (≈3.5 mil) with satin white finish. The gloss value is approximately 40-60 gloss units (measured at 60°), making the appearance premium without annoying reflections. The adhesive is a permanent "High Tack" pressure sensitive version with very strong initial adhesion even to LSE substrates such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) or powder coated metals. The liner is a polycoated lay-flat version with low profile air-egress, greatly reducing air entrapment during assembly. Thanks to the low shrinkage adhesive system, dimensional stability is good (at 70 °C over 48 hours shrinkage < 1.27 mm). The film has been tested for service temperatures from -54 °C to +107 °C and recommended application temperature on clean, dry substrates is approximately 10 °C to 27 °C. The integrated X-Scape Technology® enables easier assembly, less chance of bubbles and faster production and installation.

Processing advice & points of interest.
For optimal results, the following guidelines apply:
- Ensure substrate is clean, dry, grease-, dust- and loose paint-free. For rough or porous substrates (such as brick or concrete), a sealer or pretreatment is often recommended to prevent moisture or dirt build-up.
- Apply at a substrate temperature preferably above about 10°C. The optimum application temperature is around 10-27 °C.
- For plastic or low energy substrates (PP/PE), prior light sanding or surface treatment (flame treatment) is strongly recommended to strengthen adhesion.
- For printing: check that the ink has completely drained and dried before applying the film or applying an overlaminate. Ink still flowing out may affect dimensional stability or adhesion.
- For assemblies on rough or textured surfaces: use gentle rolling or controlled heat to press the film firmly into the texture. Edge-sealing is recommended on exterior facades to reduce moisture or dirt ingress.
- Storage: ideally about 21°C and relative humidity about 50%; process within one year of delivery for best properties.
- Note that the stated service life is for vertical applications (±10° from vertical). Inclined or horizontal applications may wear or loosen sooner.
