Field service technician - Belgium

Dimix is looking for you to join our team.

As a Field Service Engineer you are the indispensable link between Dimix and our customers.

You are the point of contact for our customers and responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of our high quality large format printing, cutting and application equipment. You will work with top brands such as Mimaki, Roland, HP, Summa and CWT.

Your Role:

• Installation and maintenance: You will install and configure machines such as large format printers, cutting plotters and milling tables at our customers.
• Troubleshooting: You diagnose and fix failures of this equipment on site.
• Technical Support: You provide our customers with technical support and instructions on the use and maintenance of our products.
• Customer Contact: You build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: You will document and report your work, you will do this among other things in our worfkflow app

Your profile:

• Technical basis: You have a completed technical education (A-stream or double finality) and have (preferably) several years of experience in the large format printing industry. Experience with color management is a plus.
• Analytical ability: You are analytically strong and can solve complex technical problems quickly and efficiently.
• Customer-oriented: You have a customer-oriented attitude and can empathize with the needs of our customers.
• Independent: You are independent and results-oriented and can work well under time pressure. With your perseverance you create solutions.
• Language skills: You are fluent in Dutch and English in word and writing. Command of the French language is necessary.
• Location: preferably central in Belgium (Brussels region).
