This flex film is suitable for 100% cotton, 100% polyester and cotton/polyester blends. It is ideal for decorating T-shirts, sportswear and uniforms. For synthetic fabrics with special coatings, a test application is recommended first to ensure compatibility.
Use a standard 45° blade to cut the design in mirror image. After peeling, place the design on the fabric and press it with a heat press at 150°C for 5 seconds or 130°C for 10 seconds at medium pressure. Remove the backing immediately after pressing while it is still hot (hot peel).
Yes, it is recommended to preheat the textile for 2-3 seconds to remove any wrinkles and moisture before applying the transfer.
The transfer is washable up to 60°C. Turn the textile inside out before washing to maintain the durability of the design. Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach. It is suitable for tumble drying on a low setting.
Yes, this flex film is suitable for multi-color designs and can be applied in layers. Apply each layer separately according to the recommended temperature and time, and perform a final pressing to complete the design.
No, the materials used are ecologically sound and free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals. Moreover, it meets the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which means it is safe for direct contact with the skin.
For textiles with water-repellent coatings, a test application is recommended first to ensure adhesion and durability. In some cases, a special flex film may be required for optimal results.
Store the film in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. For best results, it is recommended that the film be used within 12 months of purchase.
